Low Rate Guarantee!

FinancialCircuit providers guarantee that the combination of the loan program and the points will be the lowest in the market at the time the quote is presented. Should you find a lower quote for the same program, our providers will match it or will pay $100 to you and turn over the original appraisal.

Terms and Restrictions

1. Any quote from a competitor must be a lockable rate for a minimum of 30 days, it must be in writing, and a copy of the Good Faith Estimate must be provided
2. All applicants must have a minimum credit score of 620
3. Applies to First Mortgage Programs only (2nd Mortgage Programs do not apply)
4. Our provider reserves the right to contact the competitor in order to verify the rate and terms
5. Low Rate Guarantee does not apply once our provider locks the rate
6. Must provide a copy of the HUD-1 Closing Statement relflecting the lower rate
